I now own 3 Shimano Baitcasting Reels, Aldebaran BFS XG and the SLX BFS XG and now i have added the finale piece of the jigsaw in buying the SLX XT DC XG 71 reel,I was surprised how far i can cast with this reel when set up using braid setting PE. The XT DC reel was bought for the top end of BFS lure fishing using lures 5gr. - 12gr.and the reel preforms well in this range of lures, i wanted the reel for bigger Perch and Pike especially on running water and deep still waters i would recommend this reel.
